There is no need for physical interview, our recruiters will exhaustively review your cv and contact you via phone or email to inform you on the possibilities of getting a job placement that suits your qualifications and job experience. If the need arise, you may be required to complete a set of questionnaires so as to rate the level of your skill and experience.

If you do not hear from us right away, do not panic. It simply means that your skill set & experience does not directly match any of our clients’ specific immediate needs. We receive new employment opportunities weekly and we will contact you via phone or email once we have potential matches for you.

United Consult Trust Recruiters provide job hunting and recruitment services to only serious, competent and qualified candidates. Our job is to ensure that qualified candidates get the job placememt they deserved. We only charge successful candidates a one time variable fees amount, depending on the terms and conditions of the positions. We do not take percentages of salary like a traditional recruitment agency, and there are no hidden costs.

Immigrant candidates may be required to pay 70% of their immigration and travel espenses. While Scarlartrust will handle only 30% of it, of which the candidate is expected to pay it back installmentally or as deems suitable with little interest within the period of 12 months from the day of his/her new settlement.  This is only applicable if the client (employer) does not make provision for immigration espenses.

We charged a fixed fee for providing recruitment services to employers. Our recruitment service will manage your hiring process from start to finish and ensure that you only have to deal with the most serious applicants.

The Fixed Fee Recruitment service covers:

  • Job Description: We will prepare the vacancy listing to match your requirements.
  • Vacancy Posting: Targeted advertising across all major recruitment sites and jobs boards.
  • CV Filtering: We review every applicant to ensure that you will only see the most suitable candidates.
  • Recruitment And Selection: After collecting your requirements, we are resposible in conducting the entire requirement process and then provide you with the most suitable candidate.
  • Offers & Regrets: We will make offers to successful candidates (and negotiate on your behalf if required), and inform unsuccessful candidates if they are not right for the role.
  • Fixed Fee Service: One great low-cost rate regardless of the role that you’re recruiting for or the number of candidates that you chose to hire.
